Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions mentioned here. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions. Mayer & BEL EPOK Creative Services GmbH ACEFIVE GbR reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time.

ELIGIBILITY
Eligible to participate are all persons residing in Germany who are at least 14 years old at the time of participation. Employees of Bel Epok Production Services GmbH are excluded from participation. For Facebook or Instagram contests, only participants with Facebook and Instagram accounts are allowed. Participation with fictitious names or the names of other persons is not allowed.

PARTICIPATION
Participation in the competition is done by commenting on or liking the post. Participation is not dependent on the purchase of goods. Additionally, the purchase of goods does not increase the chances of winning. The participant's consent to mention their first name and last name in case of winning is automatically given by participating in the competition. Entries for participation in the competition must not contain insults, false information, violations of competition, trademark, or copyright.

PRIZES
Non-cash prizes will not be paid out in cash and are not exchangeable. Furthermore, they cannot be transferred to third parties.

DRAWING
Participation in the drawing is open to anyone who has liked or commented on the post. Participants can only participate in the drawing once per competition. The prizes will be drawn among all eligible participants. The time of determining eligibility and the drawing is indicated in the competition text. Winners will be notified by email or personal message on Facebook or Instagram. If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within 7 days after notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a substitute winner will be determined.

DATA PROTECTION
To the extent that personal data of participants are collected, processed, or used in the context of the competition, this serves only the purpose of the competition and will be deleted after the end of the competition.

OTHER
Participants who violate the terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the vote may be excluded from the competition. If conditions for manipulation are met, prizes may be retroactively revoked, or already delivered prizes may be reclaimed.

Mayer & BEL EPOK Creative Services GmbH ACEFIVE GbR is entitled to cancel the competition if:

  • The terms of use or guidelines for competitions on Facebook or Instagram are changed, and execution under new regulations is no longer permitted.
  • Manipulations are detected, or proper execution of the competition is no longer ensured.
  • Unauthorized interference by third parties or technical or legal problems exist.

Participants release Facebook or other social media channels from any liability.

Legal recourse is excluded. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If individual terms and conditions of participation are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions remains unaffected. These terms and conditions can be changed at any time by Bel Epok Production Services GmbH without separate notification.
